These terms are between you and Westward Integration LLC ("we"), which makes Orbit. By signing in you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Google and you're responsible for what happens under your account. Only connect a Gmail account that's yours or that you're allowed to use. You must be at least 13.

Your email and your content

Your email and everything you make in Orbit stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Orbit for you, as the privacy page describes. Emails you send through Orbit are sent as you, and you're responsible for them. Read AI drafts before you send them.

Free and paid plans

Orbit is free. Orbit AI is a paid add-on at $12 a month or $96 a year, with a 7-day free trial the first time. Starting the trial needs a card. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and is charged then, and it renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Your plan, and it stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refunded except where the law says so. Orbit AI includes a fair monthly allowance; if you reach it, AI features pause until the next month. We'll tell you before a price change affects you.

Fair use

Don't use Orbit to spam, harass, break the law, or get into accounts that aren't yours, and don't try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees

We work to keep Orbit running and accurate, but it's provided as is. It can miss an email, sort someone into the wrong area, or write a draft that's wrong. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Orbit and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with notice, and if we do we'll refund any paid time you haven't used.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
